Figured I'd rant here. Phone got lost, so I had to order a new one. Paid a shit ton of money to have it overnighted, because work. It ships out on the 24th. Supposed to arrive by 1pm on the 25th. Morning of the 25th, it's "out for delivery". Wait around all day. See UPS making their rounds. They don't have anything for me, but "there's another truck making a later round".
...There is no other truck. 8:12pm, updates to "Receiver has requested that we hold this package for a future delivery date." Call customer support. "Oh, you must have told them to bring it by later. Unfortunately they're closed on weekends though, so you should see it by Monday!"
For your time, here's some $kaybait.

Me and my friend both broke our phones. I have sprint and the asurion douchbag company charges me $200 for a replacement. Why am I paying $10 a month for a $200 deductable on a phone? Wish I would of asked how much I had to pay.
Meanwhile my friend who had T-Mobile paid 0 and get a new one the next day.

Plot Twist: Phone and box are crushed beyond recognition and were delivered to your neighbor (the one that hates you and steals your mail and never tells you) today.

Asurion has fucked me over about 8 times with replacements.
Meanwhile, with T-mobile, I still had to pay a $175 deducatable for my new phone. Paid extra for next day shipping, and now it won't be here until Monday.

I'm definitely going to make sure I asked what i'm going to have to pay for a replacement next time I get a new phone. The phone I had before this I was with Verizon and only had to pay $80 and I don't remember having to pay $10 in fees every month for that either.

Yeah this is with T-Mobile's protection plan, at $10 / month, that is supposed to completely cover replacement costs... Yet I have to pay $175. Ugggh.
